The art of
joyful living

An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember what truly matters — three days in the Austrian Alps.

11 – 13 July 2027

— an opening thought

Joy isn't something we have to find or achieve. It's something we remember — our natural state, the one we sometimes lose in daily life.

When the mind grows still and the heart opens, when we stop to appreciate the abundance of the universe, life begins to flow with greater ease.

Surrounded by the beauty of the Alps, we use nature as a portal and each practice as a way to reconnect with the joy that has always been within us.

Who's holding the space

Delfi

Hatha & Iyengar yoga, meditation, breathwork
Originally from Argentina and now based in the Austrian Alps, Delfina discovered yoga as a transformative path during her years of travelling and exploration. With a background in architecture and more than twelve years of experience in yoga, she has dedicated herself to creating spaces where movement, breath, and presence come together as a way of reconnecting with ourselves.
Her approach is shaped by international yoga trainings in Hatha and Iyengar Yoga, as well as her ongoing exploration of meditation, breathwork, restorative yoga and somatic movement.

For her, every conscious breath and mindful movement is an invitation to return to the present moment, to come back to the body, and to feel at home within yourself.
She believes that the way we choose to look at life shapes the way we experience it.

Hsiu

Sound healing, coaching, embodied movement
Born in Australia with Asian roots and raised within the Buddhist tradition, Hsiu discovered yoga at nineteen and has devoted herself to its path ever since. During more than fifteen years in the international fashion industry, yoga remained her anchor amid the demands of a fast-paced career – offering a return to clarity, balance, and inner peace. Drawing on international trainings in yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, energetic work, and mind-body practices, she has cultivated a deeply intuitive approach that is refined, grounded, and transformative.

In her offerings, Hsiu combines dynamic embodied movement with mindful awareness. With warmth and authenticity, she invites guests to reconnect with the wisdom of their own heart, reclaim trust in themselves, and remember the strength and innate power that already reside within.

The rhythm of
each day

Structure loose enough to breathe in, steady enough to hold you. Mornings and evenings on the mat, the hours between left open for you.

Optional extra

A private 1:1 alignment session with Hsiu — certified motivational coach, transformational coach, trauma healing coach, NLP master practitioner, and IFS & CBT qualified.

Grawandhütte

Surrounded by the vastness and stillness of the Alps, Grawandhütte is the perfect setting for our retreat — a place to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the art of joyful living.

The hike up to the hut is the first part of the journey: a chance to leave the everyday behind, breathe more deeply, get to know each other a little, and let the mountains gradually shift your perspective.

Getting there

Meet us at Mayrhofen train station at 12:30 pm and drive with one of us to the starting point — or meet us directly at Dornauberg 70, 6295 Ginzling, between 1:00 and 1:30 pm.

From there, our journey already begins: a beautiful, mellow 1½-hour hike through the mountains. The hike itself is the first step into the retreat experience — leaving everyday life behind to reconnect with nature and start to know one another.
